Driver Training Request Form
To submit a request to host a training class at your location or to sign up for a class already scheduled, click here for the Driver Training request form.
Per MArtap guidelines:
Each class must have a minimum of 10 attendees or you may be charged for the class.
Requesting training does not guarantee approval. A MArtap representative will confirm through email or by phone.
Requesting agency is responsible to notify and invite surrounding agencies.
MArtap will cancel the training if minimum of 10 attendees are not confirmed.
Allow 14 days for your request to be processed.
To attend a class prior to the 14 day approval process, contact MArtap immediately at 877-MArtap (627-8271).
All requests will receive a confirmation email from MArtap. Registration and/or sign up does not guarantee approval. Be sure to receive prior approval from MArtap before attending the training class.
